Return Policy

Any unused product in its original condition with all accessories, box and invoice can be returned or exchanged.

Products that have scratches or damage resulting from misuse or voltage differences are not accepted.

Opened devices are replaced only if they have a proven manufacturing defect as per the agent's report.

The return and exchange period is 7 days from the date of purchase.

All gifts or accessories that came with the product must be returned.

Personal care devices, tablets and accessories are not return or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period, customer service is contacted to follow up with the agent's report.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method :

• Cash payment → Cash refund.
• Pay by card or transfer → You can choose bank or cash refund.
• Payment by vouchers or points → No cash refunds, only exchanges for products of the same value.

The refund will be issued after the product has been inspected:

• Bank refund: within 5 business days.
• Cash refund: within two business days.
